To reactivate an expired account, visit the biller's website, update your details, and uncancel rebills.

+ How to Operate Agony
Click a face to open the video player. In the player window you can also access their previous work, Confessions, Duets and other videos. Clicking the face will load it in the video player.
If you'd like to save the video at full size, click the link under the video to select your preferred size.
For slower connections, choose the smaller files.
Your Agony is the page where members can check their account usage and login history, and find a link to the billing company to maintain (or cancel) your account. It's also the place you'll find messages from us, in case your email address isn't working.
The 'VIEW' options let you filter which Agony videos appear in your browser window.

LATEST will show the latest releases by date including Confessions, Friends, and Revivals (new videos by an existing artist).

EVERYBODY is the default view. It shows the first video from each artist.

FEMALES/MALES/NON-BINARY lets you filter by your gender preference.

FRIENDS are videos from couples, who also feature in Solo videos.

CONFESSIONS shows you only the candid videos where the artists flaunt all their dirty laundry :)

REVIVAL will show only the second, or third contribution. Not all artists submit multiple videos.

FAVOURITES shows you only those videos you have tagged as your Favourites, using the link in the video window. You can also un-favourite a video using the same link.

UNSEEN is the same view as Everybody, but shows only videos you have not marked as Seen (using the link in the video window).

FANTASY is where the artist describe what's going through their mind as they build up to orgasm.

RESTORATIONS is videos from the very early days that are being gradually remastered from the original files and re-edited. They are larger, clearer, and longer. We are restoring the more popular videos first, and you can make requests in the Forum. Those with the most requests will be prioritised.
If you're a past member, you can rejoin using your old username by ticking 'returning customer' on the Join page. Your Favorites will be remembered for you!
The Forum is available to all members to share their Agony experiences. Sometimes Agonees write in the forum, and we hope to see you there soon as well.
+ Video Problems
From December 2012, Agony streams using Flash and downloads are offered in MP4 format. You have
the option to select MP4 if you don't have Flash installed (e.g. you're using an i-phone or other Apple
portable product).
We also added High Definition from mid 2012 but some videos are submitted in standard definition and
will be delivered in 640x480 size or equivalent widescreen. Keep in mind that this is user-submitted
content and while we
have strict quality standards, there is some variation.
The streaming video is designed to be a preview only, and is of limited quality so it streams quickly.
For the highest quality videos, download the MP4 versions via the link under the video player (on a
Mac, option + click). The streaming versions are adequate for smart phones and there's no benefit in
downloading the High Definition version.
Once you've downloaded the MP4 videos, they should play on any system. For Windows users, we
recommend the use of VLC player:

Early videos are offered in various sizes, depending on the technology of the time and the format submitted
by the artist. All have been converted to Flash and MP4 but the original Windows Media (WMV) and
Quicktime (MOV) files are also provided for download as the quality is slightly higher.
Common Problems:
If you can't play the videos on your i-pad, check Private Browsing in the Settings (in Safari, Privacy) is
turned OFF. The default on some models of i-pad is 'on', and this prevents cookies being saved.
If you're trying to play the early videos in Quicktime or WMV format, you need to have the right player
installed for your browser. Windows Media doesn't work in Mozilla browsers (eg Firefox, Chrome) for
paysites.
Make sure the date is set correctly on your computer.
